Here at Shoot for the Stars, our Pre-School Gymnastics, Karate (Dragons Den Dojo), and CheerBears Programs focus on so many of the developmental skills (that you would expect), but also, creating an environment that the children are excited to come to each week and don’t want to leave when their class is over!

  • Small class sizes (ranging from 4:1-6:1 ratio based on your child’s age)
  • Parents are always invited and welcome to stay and watch every single one of your child’s classes. Our viewing area walls are full of safety glass so you can watch your child’s entire class each week. (parents are not required to stay)
  • Weekly theme related activity sheets and rewards for positive behavior
  • Children may change classes at anytime (even mid-session) if they have advance beyond the level of the class or another class time works better for your schedule.
  • Socialization with other children their age in a positive structured environment!
  • We have a dedicated preschool gym so they are not at risk of being injured by older gymnasts.
  • SFTS 2 gyms enable us to run multiple classes at the same time, which often enables siblings to be in class at the same time. (even different classes/ages)
  • Each child pays 1 enrollment fee per year regardless of which or how many programs they are enrolled in. (even if they switch programs mid-year)
  • SFTS preschool programs practice the Reading Readiness Skills every week!
  • SFTS preschool classes are perfect for helping to develop self confidence! Our preschoolers are some of our biggest fans of being on stage at our annual Recital and performing in front of 1,000 people or more!
  • We currently have and have had a number of children in the past with slight physical disabilities such as mild Cerebral Palsy, Austism, juvenile athritis, among many others that have benefitted greatly from all of our programs.
  • Classes are structured so that listening and following directions are a huge part of what we teach in our curriculum.
